Rutter is absolute garbage.
Also helped Dunk playing on his natural side.I thought igor had a great game considering we normally play him at fullback.
From BBC comments.
Nice one; I do admire self-deprecating humour. Fair play to you, I’d have kept my head down.
Was okay in first half but when his team needed him he went missing. If I was a Spurs fan I’d be angry.
Yeah I think maybe thats the final nail in the coffin and they're might need to slice him up Welbeck style to see where the problem is.Again
He scored and was very good first half ...all their players were rubbish second half. Been very good this season. Ask any spurs fan

A game of two halves. This next game could be season-defining.
These are a good side.
Good to hear and hoping all three thrive under FH even if it means their eventual moves. Gotta love more post match Baleba whistling as well!Minteh and Rutter particularly were superb , like Carlos they get better each game , but our lads really showed guts and will in the 2nd half . We will hear a lot about how Spurs just didn`t show up 2nd half , but that is disingenuous - WE WERE PURE FIGHT and thoroughly deserved to win .
I assume “Deano” is actually Neal from Marseille, who is probably fighting himself not to pick up where he left off with Maddison on social media.
I’m all for giving the new guy time, although I’m not convinced yet, but it baffles me that we offered RDZ no support in January yet spent £200m on players for the new guy who don’t seem intended to improve our first 11.
There is absolutely no way we should have scored that.Rutter showed tremendous determination to create the 3rd goal. My favourite of the day!
I’m going with he’s an idiot.Well played
I mean, either that or you're an idiot, so I'm going with well played
My thoughts exactly. The Leeds fans are correct (that's not something I write very often). One of the main criticisms of Rutter by Leeds fans was him giving the ball away (today that lead to a goal).
If he can be coached/encouraged to only take risks further up the pitch he could be a really effective player for us.
