Makes perfect sense that a family of four, say, with one of the parents in charge of ticket purchase has to buy each one individually.

Genius.
agreed. Not sure why it couldn't be done same as previous rounds or away games where I can buy the ticket and allocate it to the relevant person.. (providing they have enough points) maybe its because of the opposition and club worrying about away fans in home areas? Not sure...

Can’t even buy mine. Add it to the basket then the club site just errors and I can’t get any further. Will try again later!

Agreed it's crap but it's been like that since they went to all digital. The club use the same ticketing engine as most other clubs so I'd imagine it's a limitation in the software. Strange you can buy for F&F in one transaction for aways though but not home cup games.

I have my kids login/password saved in Chrome on my laptop.

Looks like a possible limitation of the ticketing software. As the seats currently being purchased are reserved for the season ticket holder only then it’s not possible to assign them as you would do when buying tickets that are on a more general sale. (Although I do have a dim memory of season tickets being reserved for cup games like this before and being able to do a group purchase, but maybe that’s before the ticketing software was “upgraded”).

Pain in the backside for me as well as I’ll have to log in to both the boys accounts to purchase their tickets.

When I attempt to purchase my seat, it does not provide me with the ability to change the pricing as I'm over 65. I know our area does not get normal concessions but there is no mention of concessions being limited by areas on the website. Has anybody else found this?

Up and Coming Sunny Portslade
On sale from tomorrow and you get to have your ST seat, £25 and 5 points
This completely sucks. I can buy my seat but not my son's and assign it to him even though I pay for his. He's 17 so we can get the app and login from his phone later I suppose but what about parents with younger kids who don't have a phone or laptop or perhaps don't live with the accompanying parent full time?

Same problem but looks like they have fixed it now, I’ve just downloaded my ticket.

yes same bloody issue. Even when the rectified the option to proceed with the purchase though I still had to pay the full £25. Boils my piss that the guy who has the seat at the side of me gets an 65+ reduction but I don’t for my season ticket as well as cup games.

Then when i eventually get my ticket can’t download it.

Oh for the days of king paper tickets.

I’m starting to get to the stage where the aggravation is greater than the pleasure, hope it doesn’t get to the point where I just jack it in, save myself a grand plus a year, but I feel it looming
