Oasis for me but they never topped this.
Never grows old. The way she presses on with her boring link with Ian still in shot
Oasis for me but they never topped this.
Loving people cleverly pointing out the brand new observations that Oasis are heavily influenced by The Beatles. It’s funny because since Definitely Maybe was released in 1994, I’ve never once heard anyone make this comparison before.
Well done for such insightful, original posts!
Nah, I just know myself well enough so removed the possibility of temptation. Even I had my limits. So you thought Bobby Gillespie would have been minded to insist you took illegal drugs against your will?
You spared yourself a hangover I suppose.

Do even you know what point you’re attempting to make?1960 -1970 10 years - 12 studio albums (17 in the US), 5 live albums, 51 compilation albums, 36 extended plays (EPs), 63 singles, and 53 music videos
1991 - 2009 18 years - 7 studio albums, 2 live albums, 5 compilation albums, 1 extended play, twenty seven singles which includes one double single, and thirty-six music videos.
Not bad
Do even you know what point you’re attempting to make?
no.....Have you heard the Bobby Gillespie/Jenny Beth album?
Well, that Beatles comparison would be a bit sad if you did it with the Stone Roses, no matter how much some people like their album.Do even you know what point you’re attempting to make?
Oasis were outstanding in their prime with so many essential sing-along songs, but in truth I preferred Blur and the pathos lyrics of For Tomorrow, etc.
The Stone Roses had the greatest debut album of all time IMHO. Their flame burned shorter, but much brighter.
The intro of I Wanna Be Adored is truly ethereal.
They win it for me.
That was a magnificent album.Whoever it was that did, 'Kinky Afro'.
The other ones were shit.
