The only time I have ever witnessed negotiating with a Turk, was when my wife bought a scarf upstairs in a shop. As soon as he and she had agreed the price of 20 Euros, without a word, he high-tailed it downstairs to the till, and had gift-wrapped it behind a high counter, before we could say 'is that the same scarf we just bought?'.Negotiating with Turks It's not until you tell them they're stealing the bread from your children's mouths that you'll start to see any movement - always works
Twenty Euros for a scarf?! How the other half lives. I hope it was a half 'n' half. The only time I have ever witnessed negotiating with a Turk, was when my wife bought a scarf upstairs in a shop. (Somewhat surprisingly, when we opened it outside the shop, it was indeed the same scarf).
Rejoined full training last weekDoes anyone know how Estupinan’s rehab is going and when he might be back?
still no idea what this meansI see. Didn't even know he was British - always thought it looked like he died in some comedy skit of some American talkshow, so just assumed he was American.
Had no idea he was that famous either, but then again I watch people die a lot more than I watch comedians.
Never, ever go in a carpet shop in Kusadasi, when you've just been on an organised excursion to Ephesus from a cruise ship.Twenty Euros for a scarf?! How the other half lives. I hope it was a half 'n' half.
Could work in Hospice or Hospital maybe, my wife's a Palliative care nurse and she has probably watched more people die than than watched comedians, still no idea what this means
This place really has lost its fun. this picture has been up for 3 hours and no Hiney art?You decide...

only problem with that is veltman at fullback absolutely does not suit the way hurzeler plays, we need width and players with pace to defend the channels, veltman offers none of the tat, will be isolated defensively and has always spoilt pretty much every attack he’s been involved in.He has played all positions except Goalkeeper, central defence and striker.
In fact it's only really since 2023/24 that he played more as a left back than a right back.
So we'd have :
Estupinan - left back
Veltman - right back
Kadıoğlu - left or right back
Hinshelwood - right or left back
Barco - loan to be ready for the squad next season.
Also it gives Veltman more freedom to be back up in central defence and Hinshelwood more availability for midfield if needed.
Like it. I really hope we get this signing done.

Barco AND Gilmore both pictured training. News today that both on way out...things can change quickly!! Rutter played for Leeds on Wednesday night, then travelled down to Brighton for transfer on Thursday!fact hes training recently, only shows hes not on plane yet. Nothing unusual in that, needs to keep his fitness levels up etc.
If he plays on weekend, that would say a lot more.

Ferdi'yi kurtarın!Look how miserable he appears.
You can tell it's because he wants to be here. But Fenerbahce are clearly holding him against his will. It's akin to modern slavery and if this continues for any length of time, Amnesty International need to get involved. Free Ferdi!!
