I have a look every now and then at a Springsteen collector's webpage and remember seeing a reference to a 7" of 'Fade Away' b/w 'Be True' that was only released in the USA/Canada/Australia, with a misspelling on some of 'To Be True' and some USA ones being opaque dark red, rather than solid black vinyl, when held up to a bright light...

I was excited to find one recently for the princely sum of 30p., and took it home, put on a bright lamp, held it up to the light and lo and behold....it was opaque dark red
