Amityville was great. He fancied his sister and EVERYTHING.

So you have formed and posted an opinion without actually seeing it ?. ???

Isn't that more or less what you usually do with current affairs?

For a lowish budget horror film, Wrong Turn is a decent little movie.

others for your consideration:

Shaolin Soccer had it's moments

The remake of Amytiville Horror didn't - but then the original was crap too

Were you a fan of the House series of horror films?
I remember that William Katt was in at least one of them. He had some of my favourite hairs of all time.

Meade - I like the hammer house one when some bloke keeps Animals in his basement in electric cages and traps some bloke in one of the cages and ends up being trapped in his own house.

I also like House of Clocks , that isn't a hammer but a decent little horror. Seen it ?.

I liked that as well. Runs to formula (teens lost in the woods, much hacking and mutilation ensues), but I thought that using country bumpkin inbred Swindon fans as the baddies brought a really fresh and innovative slant to a tired genre.

I also saw House of Wax the other night. Most of the film is again pretty much standard slasher stuff. However, the climactic scenes at the end are superb. Its definaetly worth sitting through just to see the ending. If a film is quite crap but has a great ending, I suppose its the exact opposite of an anti-climax.

But what do you call the opposite to an anti-climax ?

I've just been accepted onto the Firstmovies VIP Movie Panel.

Apparently, it's all previews and opinions on ad campaigns. Hmmm. I hope they don't send me Spielbergwards.

Frailty is a decent little horror/supsense and Stir Of Echoes with Kevin Bacon is good , superior to the similar but overrated Sixth Sense, seen those Easy ?.

Not seen Frailty, but I've seen Stir of Echos, which I thought was quality, but then I'm a big BACON fan

<insert obligatory pun here>
