Brighton 1 Posh 2 - played at the Goldstone.

Paul Shaw scored a brace and we hung on with NINE men in the pouring rain - marvellous scenes.

Tough. The win at Palace was sweet after all the stick I took off everyone in work from the 5-0.

And winning a trophy at Cardiff was magic, and very unexpected as BC were very strong that year.

Leeds away a few years back was good - equalising to make it 1-1. Plus all the banter the announcer had with our keeper (forget his name - think he was briefly on loan from Blackburn if I remember rightly) having to wear a pink top for the second half.

Got to go with McShane at the Palace though.

Nottingham Forest, when we won 1-0 and Lawrensen made his return after injury.

We scored after 20 odd minutes and held on for the remainder of the game.

Forest were unbeaten at home for 50 odd games and Mose saved a John Robertson penalty

Palace away for me, I love midweek away games and i was so nervous but at the same time really looking forward to it!

I was bouncing around my work place the whole of the next day

Newcastle United to win promotion to the old First Division for the first time ever. Wonderful, wonderful day.

Has to be the ultimate away win - especially after the disappointment of the previous season.

Looking at the other responses I feel very old tonight and I'm still the young side of 40:eek:
