I didn't see his debut, but I struggle to see what style of play would suit him. He's slow, weak, with no first touch and little effort

He is a bit weak, but slow?! Are you drunk? One of the quickest players we've had at the club in the last 5-10 years. Again....no first touch? He has excellent technical ability, miles ahead of Liam Dickinson or Craig Davies.

He would suit a team set up to play with early Michael Owen, stands on the shoulder of the last defender and would mostly get his goals through midfielders putting through balls through. We know from his time at pretty much every club but ours that he's a very good finisher.

Nathan Elder. I'll never forget that JPT game he played in where he missed sitter after sitter. Would it be really cruel to suggest Gatting too?

I thought he was there for the very first season - 1999-2000? Can't find any stats on it though. Surely he could be marked down as one of the most uncomfortable players ever seen on a football.

All are good players who didn't do brilliantly here.

But they are by no means anywhere near the worst!

Robbie Savage wasn't great, but he wouldn't be on the list.
