Well if the council want that then IF another team use it, they would have to lift the stipulation's in place regards to athletics training.

The B52s had a 12,500+ crowd at Withdean when they played USC. The Bombers were one of the top American Football teams in the country and the attendances were roughly 1,500-2,500.
