I doubt Falmer will be a "money no object" project!
The biggest thing is that the finances have to be sorted out prior to a Contract being placed. With money coming from several sources, the legal agreements will be complex, and will take time to conclude. Don't imagine for a minute that just because someone has money burning a hole in their pocket for funding our stadium that they will throw it at us immediately the apeal period is over without being damned sure that it's safe to do so.

That plan was abandoned about 4 years ago and it will be built all at once.
