Racism is totally unacceptable as is prejudice about disabled people. In My town Brighton (hove born & bred is irony only people born and brought up in the twin towns would understand)

Pride is a celebration of acceptance of the gay community if anything, it is not a parade of gay people flaunting their homosexuality. It is a credit to our town that something like this can happen and it should be celebrated by all.

26 grand is f*** all but I am personally proud that my council tax is helping this event happen again and I do hope it continues. I also think you'll find that the gay community give a lot more taxes to the council each year than 26 grand.

I can't wait for Pride, it's one of the highlights of my year.
