Just wondered like, ok West Ham may still be here but why will it be stronger?

The clubs being relegated get parachute payments although Wolves and Blackburn are in a real mess at present.

But Beach that'll be the case every season.
Not with Wolves they will sort themselves out but Blackburn look in horrendous trouble
So it doesn't look stronger then?
Not in my view, no different from this season however Charlton and Wednesday are potential sleeping giants

Charlton and Sheffield Wednesday are decent teams, but cant see either finishing above mid table unless they spend big. They're a year behind us in the transition, when you think we've added quality in Vicente, CMS (ok not fully lived up to hype), Buckley and so on to consolidate this year, and will probably spend again this summer, we can easily finish ahead of both. As for those coming down, Wolves will be the best of the lot, Bolton (if they drop) will lose loan players and the likes of Petrov, Klasnic and so on will surely be on big wages and their crowds will drop MASSIVELY i'd have thought, similar if Wigan were to have dropped a division, can't see them getting more than 12/13k most weeks. Wolves will lose Fletcher, Doyle and co, but still have quality in depth and will bring in some decent players. Blackburn look really f***ed.
I'd say its a similar looking division, lost a bit of the dead wood, but gained some decent upper mid table sides.
Wednesday & Charlton will both beat our 10th place...£100?
