i am young, dont like weatherspoons or yates particuarly but what pubs are near woodside road ??

Theres the jolly brewers [bit rough] clifton [see above] grand central [funny looks if they dont recognise you]

and that 20mins was from woodside road to chapel road

Eden opposite town hall is your best bet ! or just go into town and get a cab or 15min walk . . .no big deal

I'll be there , normally have about 3-4 k for this curtain opener don't we.

We assumed that it'd be easier to train it (given that you'll surely want to drink, and have that party the night before)....

But if that's not the case, then feel free to drive - it'll be a lot cheaper:)
