Brighton-wise, I'd have to go with Jimmy 'Head' Case.

Generally, I'd go for the usual suspects: Souness; Chopper; Hunter & Mr Pearce.

Internationally, the wonderfully-inappropiately named Claudio Gentile seems to stay in my (rapidly fading) memory as a Grade-A Filthy Bastard. And then some.
