I've just driven past the site and I think you're too late to turn the first sod. I was quite surprised by how much has already changed over there.

I would like to see them ballott the junior seagulls, although perhaps only those that buy tickets rather than one of the many that have signed up recently cos its free. So perhaps ballott all under 16 season ticket holders? It seems right that a kid should do it, as the stadium is for them really. Also cures the arguement between the many deserving people.
