Honestly I wouldn't mind Rodgers. Similar ethos with possession based play.

Long shot, but I'm still hoping Ruben Amorim is being lined up. They (Sporting) had their last game on Sunday so talks may have been waiting until this week. If he was willing to go to West Ham it's not impossible that he would consider us.

Didn't PB say that we 'w're ready to execute that plan' in regard to succession the day after RDZ left or on the day (online interview). Wonderful CEO but I tend to think he believes his own hype and the clubs a bit. He has talked about succession planning a lot as if it's just us that specialises in it. We should be more of an attraction to a manager but it doesn't seem like that right now.
Hopefully we get someone in soon. In TB, we trust.

Its only been a week or so and people questioning the reality or quality of a succession plan? Surely the plan is just that, a plan - it just allows the Club to go about its business in a quiet, coordinated way, but doesn't guarantee that the first people we approach get sorted. Every plan has risks/opportunities.
Who knows, our preferred candidate (s) may have been pushed down the list a little further by new, unplanned opportunities.
Just because McKenna has said he's staying put does not in itself call into question the quality of a plan in my opinion.
