Which Albion games bring back the best memories?

What Albion games bring back the best memories?

To start I would say and not necessary in order:

83 Final,
Hereford,
the Chesterfield promotion match and Cullip’s header,
the recent Play off final in Cardiff,
7-1 thrashing of Chester, a game I was not planning to go to. But on the day, I felt something special was going to happen and it did!
The Mansfield 6-0 thrashing and of course the first game at Withdean,
The San Siro game at Peterborough, unbelievable atmosphere, great game and drinks.

And the games back from Darlington, Hartlepool, where I can’t remember a thing!

I suppose loads are relatively more recent games but I cannot remember the 80’s or early 90’s

That Boxing Day game when we beat Palace 3-1

Coming back from 2-0 down in the cup at Anfield

Beating Liverpool 2-0 in the cup in '84 and going mad in a roofless North Stand

The promotion winning game against Bristol Rovers

Scored after 50 secs at Hereford.

Wasn't the Smith hat Trick against Spurs? It was on the Big match and Burkinshaw (Spurs Manager) when interviewed uttered the immprtal line ' We should be betaing teams like Brighton'

Sorry I meant first Cup away game....

No it was definately Coventry that he scored a hat trick against. i was there along with about 100 other albion die hards ( Earnie was also there I think)

there were about 30 Coventry Yobs in our end and we had a huge ruck when the third went in and the police moved them to the cCov end...it turned out they were Chelsea fans. WANKERS

The West Brom game was in the old league cup. For the bloke's name (Willie Johnston ? The bloke that got sent home from the world cup) got sent off for pushing the ref.

Some many games but the ones that stand out are the one's we won in stoppage time.

Against Blackburn in 1972 - Kenny Beamish screamer from the edge of the box.

Against Sunderland in 1978 - Eric Potts with two in injury time.

Against Stoke in 2001 - Paul Watson after nearly four minutes of stoppage time.

Strange selection for me but...

Swindon Town 3-2 Brighton & Hove Albion... April 1996, anyone who was on that particular coach journey will know why... Apart from maybe Thimble Keegan whose insides were all in a black sack by the end of the night...

like Ernest's list very much... how many people can match it? 50? 100? 500? i missed a few (e.g. Newcastle, Anfield, and Hereford)...

for me, i call it "The Time Machine" question... if you were allowed to actually be back there again and relive it what would you choose for sheer fascination and exhiliration?

very hard, but a Top 5 for me might be:

Tottenham in the North Stand 3-1
Boxing Day 1979
Highbury
The Final
Fans United or any one of the crazy last days at the Goldstone
