interesting that if you review the history of the entry for Imogen Thomas, it doesnt actually name the secret footballer.

not like Daily Mail to not check its facts...

But..if you look at the secret footballers page history it becomes clear.

ah... so if you know who it is, then you can find out from wikipedia who it is.

what people dont realise is, even if the website they publish the information on is out of the UK, they may still be in breech of the injuction if posting from the UK. (at least thats what i understand from a previous related story)

The front page of the I Newspaper yesterday had an interesting couple of photos on the masthead. Two unrelated stories one featuring a BBC journalist and one a sports star, just looked like pure mischief.

What would happen if i posted all the injunctions now? what would 'they' do?

what they could do is shut down NSC and ask for your IP to then come and do you for breaching the injuction.
