If your parents open your bedroom door and see this then they may get an inkling somethings afoot.
As others have said, they probably suspect anyway, so I would just put yourself out of your misery and tell them. Life will be so much simpler and stress free for you. Unless, of course, your father is an 18 stone; hate filled; homophobic psychopath in which case things might be a bit more complicated. But I wish you well on whatever decision you make.
