Big Peever hits town today for the weekend, and boy oh boy, can this lad drink!

So in anticipation of joining him, for social reasons of course, what remedy is best for the mornings after a night out with The Big Peevs?

Eat properly.
Try and get some water down you during the drinking session.
Drink plenty of water after the drinking session.
Take pain killers before going to bed.
When you wake up in the middle of the night, go for your piss, take more pain killers and have another drink of water.

THE best cure for a hangover is as follows….. one can of appletiser, shot of Vodka and a shot of elderflower cordial.

Works an absolute treat.

My friends mum swears by half liquidised celery/tomato juice, shot of vodka and as much tobacco you can handle.

- Bloody Mary cocktail in the morning
- Lucosade in the morning
- Drink a glass of water for every alcoholic drink you have on your night out
- Pint of water when you get in

Hair of the dog has got to be the biggest myth going. Alcohol dehydrates, so more alcohol is only going to dehydrate the system further, further shrinking the membrane around the brain that is causing the headache in the first place. Drinking water as you go (never easy) is the favoured option.

I currently have a hangover and so far the usual hangover of Having a shit and drinking a bottle of lucozade has not worked.

I may need to step this up a level.

Well perhaps its just a placebo but it's always worked for me.

Found this decent little place called 'Guarana Bar' on Sydney street and some of the smoothies they do are amazing hangover cures. My favourite is one called Ascai.
