I would guess so, if they have been found guilty of these players being inelegible then surely they should have been docked all the points they've accrued with those players playing.

Can't remember which team, but West Ham have beaten a relegation rival with Tevez playing (apart from yesterday)

( The other guy now at Liverpool has only played 17? minutes )

Put it this way - imagine we had gone from the championship by a couple of points, but it turns out one of our opponents at the bottom had beaten us with a player who shouldn't have been playing.

I know teams coming down have parachute payments, but with the increased television money the losses are huge.

Fulham look so much worse than Wigan to be honest though

i went to the cottage for the man city game and they were dire, how they managed to score i have no idea, they have however lost a number of key players and injuries but with a performance like that they would struggle in the championship as having to sell their big names (well Collins John etc...)

Rule 15d of the FA Cup states that all players shall be qualified as players according to the Rules of the Association. Under the Rules of the Association it states that all contracts must be in the full name of the club.

In Tevez case the contract was not in the full name of West Ham therefore they have broken FA rules.
