They should've relegated them, and only relegated 2 teams from the Championship this season.

Premier League say the money's going to go into their Charitable Account Fund, to be distributed among their associated charities.

Tis ok ......we're loaded and will recoup the money when our new owners sue the former regime who instigated the moves.

We've really been relegated since xmas so this late show of passion from the team will only be a blip. Relegation in may, get rid of all the shit in summer (75% of the squad) and rebuild with the £40m transfer kitty.

So how much money do you think you'll be getting from this fine ? :lolol: :lolol: :lolol:

so they get about 50 million pounds of talent(tevez and mascherano) playing for them(for free) and then they in theory pay 5 million for that. NOT BAD

Your only saying that because your a Leeds fan :lolol:

We are going down anyway so any decision would not have made a difference.

There are many amazing things about this West Ham stuff - but I'm sure this is the beginning, and not the end, and especially if they beat Wigan. Then all hell will seriously break loose.

I think the report actually has a paragraph that reads something like 'this case merited a points deduction' - but they let them off because it was April, not January, and the Hammers pleaded guilty to a couple of things.

This came from a bunch of lawyers sitting on a commission. If they don't realise that is an open goal to Wigan/Fulham/Charlton for a challenge if West Ham stay up at their expense, then they're officially shit at their job.

Why is everybody slagging off the FA as it was not them that took the action it was the Premier League as it was their rules that were broken not the FAs.

Deducting points would have meant certain relegation but the fine will covered by the parachute payment that they get when they are relegated so it just makes it a little more difficlut to get promoted next season.

There is no point in taking action against the previouis owners as they will plead poverty and also that the new board took over the club and everything debts etc that go with it.
