The Green Mile is the only film I've ever seen that I cried at (the bit at the end, with the mouse).

It's an incredible piece of acting and film-making.

the bit in that that really got me was the "healing" of the Governors wife.....and the bit with the mouse at the end.

So who do you recon the big African bloke was? Jesus?

Born free is my nemesis....I cant watch 5 minutes of that film:cry:

From memory I've cried at Cool Runnings, Green Mile, Pay it Forward (long plane journey, had been awake for nearly two days), Waking Ned (through joy) and GLADIATOR.

I'm a bit of a bitch when it comes to films.

Kes you'd have a heart of stone not to lose it at the end of that.

Also Dead Poets Society "Captain Oh My Captain" at the end when they stand on the desks, and another Robin Williams one Good Will Hunting "It's not your fault, it's not your fault"

They made this afterwards

" the bit where Leonardo De Capprio slides off the wooden board and sinks into the sea is utterly heart wrenching ".

Hither (sometimes Thither)
The Secret of Nihm, and
Bodymelt, co-starring Harold Bishop as a scientist who invents a drug that inflames body parts to uncontrollable sizes. A boy chokes on his own ballooned tongue.

Strangely Field of Dreams always leave me with a lump in my throat as for some reason it reminds me of a certain football team .....

If you build it, they will come .....

The old Terms of Endearment/Beaches double-header seems to get a few people.

There are bits of Forrest Gump which are designed I'm sure solely to make people cry.

Any film you pay to watch in Leicester Square is very upsetting when you consider what it's just cost you.

I wonder if De Vecchi would listen if it was Kevin Costner saying it to her. Some sort of house call could be in order.
