Things Wrong

1. Coaching Structure - I suspect we need a better first team coach than Dean White to help Mickey.

2. High early expectations from some.

3. Some ill will from the pro Wilkins brigade (almost willing things to go wrong).

4. Injuries.

5. The Withdean Experience.

If Mickey is a good manager he will overcome all of this but it will take time. If not, the he is not the manager I had hoped he is.
