Under rated and forgotten films.

What under rated and forgotten films do you recommend. I noticed the thread on Dead Mans Shoes and have that earmarked for future viewing.

Nibble recommended the excellent Narc 8.3 to me sometime ago and I am wanting to broaden my horizon and keen to watch a few more gems.

I have hired again tonight the excellent and under rated Stir of Echoes 8.2 with the under rated Kevin Bacon. Similar but far superior to the over rated Seventh Sense imo.

Frailty is another similar themed film that is very much under rated imo.

I think you would enjoy Malena, Uncle. It is not particularly underrated, but probably passed you by as it is foreign (Not American) cinema.

City of God (Cidade De Deus) and the Lives of Others (Das Leben Der Anderen).

Both excellent films and probably some what under rated here as they are not English films.
