Just been to Lancing, so I thought I'd have a look.

Adenstar are cracking on with work at the entrance road from Mash Barn Lane.
New fencing going up backing onto the Barfield Park houses. Gaps are being left in the new fence and new gates put into the house fences to allow access for the residents.
Ecologists will be arriving in a week or two to do their job checking the existing undergrowth. Adenstar will then get on with their business behind them.
Ducting will be installed under the planned footpath for cables and pipes.

I've included a Google Earth pic so you can see where the pics were taken from.

I didn't realise how much I've missed this sort of thing.

Extra seats going in is exciting, new VOMITORIES are exciting, but this is a whole new ball game.

is Jack Straw going to get involved?

Good to see things getting moving. It is the final piece of the jigsaw as far as world domination is concerned.

Cheers. I cycled past there about 30 minutes ago and thought "I should get some pics for NSC". Job done

They are doing some nice fencing a the back. The residents should be very grateful.

Is Jack Straw going to get involved?

Unfortunately, he's already said that he won't be able to.
The training ground will be a whole new ballgame access-wise too.
The stadium was ideal for him, as he works at the back of Stanmer Park.

'Have we produced any home-grown young talent from the Academy yet?' is the only question we're interested in. Any promising young JCB drivers on site or trainee surveyors who look the part?

There was one showing a good bit of ballwork, Mr Monkey. But I think he only had an itch.

I still can't believe that the old dirt track I used to ride my bike up and down as a kid will soon be effectively a part of Brighton and Hove Albion FC.

Personally I'd prefer to look at some nice hedging than boring fencing ..perhaps a nice bit of painted artwork
