It would depend on how quickly the Government are told that an appeal has been lodged.

The Appeal process involves an application to the High Court, not the Government. The Court will then inform the interested parties that they have received something. I would assume that the Club would be told at the same time as the Government.

I am also assuming that there won't be an appeal. But you never can tell until the fat lady has keeled over, exhausted.

So the Argus are jumping the gun with their article this evening.
