Do we have to give Man City 15% of the capacity for the League Cup game?

If so this is about 1300 tickets, so as the away end holds 900ish, where do the others go? Will it be the J Block bit of the South Stand? If this is the case this will bring the capacity down, due to segregation, so there will be less tickets available as part of H Block will not be usable either...

I wonder if it was the part that the stewards outside couldn't use common sense and see there was a problem as the ticket collection queue was just getting worse, with people becoming agitated, and not making the sensible decision early to get someone in authority on the case before it got too late...
