My favourite comeback was several years ago at Millwall, we scored just after they started the gay chants and we responded with "1-0 to the nancy boys"

I also quite liked the "I'm gay but I shagged your wife" chants one year at Palace.

apart from the odd occasion when they have been giving it the gay stuff all game and we win the response 'we've just f***ed you up the arse' was hilarious.

"You're too ugly..." is probably my favourite football chant, or at least my favourite football retort - if it goes over the head of the one-joke bigots who start the "does your boyfriend" chants in the first place, then that makes it better still.

AGREED It even has thhe stewards and Police chuckling so is probably safest response too
