Seriously. there is nothing wrong with "once a day". This is quite regular.

Although what I suggest you do from now on is check your stools (after motion) as to weight, "constistency", colour and "buoyancy".

Hopefully this way, you will spot any "warning signs" and live a very very healthy future life.

My afternoon has be RUINED by the weather, I was going to take the 10minute hike down this crap village to watch Albion reserves vs Lewes Reserves at the Dripping Pan, but now there are warthogs on the pitch and the game been postponed
