The parade.

Just thinking about the parade on the 8th, is anybody else pissed off with this date? a few of us are staying in Nottingham the night before & may miss it. We have spent a lot of money this season on our ST & away games & will be gutted to miss the parade, only option is to travel back about 5am Sunday morning which is not great if you have a heavy night the night before, any thoughts on this matter? should the club have given it a bit more thought just asking like.

Maybe they could of put it the week after but I myself am not planning on staying in Nottingham so heading home for the parade the following day

It's f***ing tedious the few (selfish) people staying in Nottingham moaning about missing the parade, as if the club should arrange something especially with about 100 of our few thousand supporters and even bigger city/countywide population. Get over it - last time they waited a few weeks after the players holiday (play-off final) and it was an anti climax. Strike when the iron's hot - if a hundred fans are still in Nottingham, big deal.

Shockingly enough, the club can't arrange events to the convenience of everyone.

Simple answer is travel back Sat after the game like the rest of us. If you cant watch a game without a drink then maybe try AA meetings.

Stop moaning and enjoy the position were currently in. Remember where we were in the late 90's... It could be a LOT LOT worse than it is today

Always going to be some people unhappy about a selected date for what ever reason. It should be as soon as the season is done and that is what the club are doing

That would be a valid reason for the 8th. Maybe it will be early afternoon, so the Nottingham holidaymakers can get back. As long as they get up early!!

It will be mid - morning so they can re-open the roads.It's not as if we don't know the procedure this will be our 4th parade in 10 years
