ive got 2 5000 essays. one on whether free trade can serve to protect the environment. one on whether development is still a state-centric paradigm in the era of globalisation.

I've been working non-stop around the house since 8 this morning and this is the first time I have sat down. Bizzarely enough, I was planning to dig out my Long Good Friday video too and watch it tonight to unwind - absolute classic, possibly my favourite film of all time.

We've just got back from Eurodisney this afternoon. Had a wonderful week and the place was very quiet so no queues for anything and the kid could get off one ride and go round again immediately after if they wanted.

Just catching up with washing and all the boring housework now. Gah.
