Could you show where I have repeatedly said that heads haven't rolled for the poor decisions? I know one rolled for the decision against us at Palace.

What I have said is that if what happened at WHL had been against a big club, heads would be rolling.
Which has been proved to be incorrect, or else we would be in position where refs are demoted every other week.

Here
It's incompetence but incompetence of such a high order and in such a public arena that suspicions are inevitably raised.

Web and all the officuals in charge of tbe game on Saturday should be at Lancing explaining the decisions made.
Short meeting:

RDZ: "Hi Steve and mates. Good to see you. What have you to say to the boys about those 5 decisions?"

Webb: "We ****ed up on all 5. Sorry."

RDZ: "Great. Thanks. We'd better get on with training, then."

What would be the benefit of preventing Brighton winning?
The same benefits that Manchester United beating us and Manchester City winning in the Semi Final provide. Enormous payday, global event.

When Burnley played in Europe, they did approximately 1/50th of the viewing figures every other club from England did. This impacts advertising revenue to the tune of hundreds of millions of pounds when it comes to the Champions League. Leicester were exactly the same; a fraction of the figures in Asian markets compared to Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal, Tottenham.

Having the big clubs at the top of the table is good by any conceivable metric for the Premier League. Their entire model is based around Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham subsidising the smaller clubs.

The huge transfer fees, the wages, the television money - all of it comes from international and domestic syndication rights. Fulham vs Crystal Palace is worth pennies compared to Manchester United vs Liverpool.

It is the very idea behind the European Super League; two tiers of clubs. Those who sell huge money slots in markets and those who don’t.

It is absolutely in the Premier League’s interest to keep the biggest clubs at the top of the tree.

Then why have the PL allowed Chelsea to be 10th and Liverpool 8th?

The biggest club in the country and the biggest story at the moment.

If what you have said is accurate they would be doing all they could to help them.

There is only so much they can do though. If a team is bad, there isn't much to do to stack the odds. If the controversy from the Spurs game happened in every match, the whole world would know about it.

Because they can affect moments, not entire seasons. Look at Italy vs South Korea; they were able to manipulate key moments in matches to suit a narrative. If a team comes in and blows them away, nobody can do anything about that. The reason why Chelsea and Liverpool are underperforming is a season long pattern of not being good enough.

There are certain ways and means; look up Robert Hoyzer in the Bundesliga, check out the Italian scandals. Major European leagues where this sort of thing would be considered completely unthinkable.

There has been plenty of chances for Chelsea/Liverpool to be given more chances for points on tight games.

Check out Stellini who was banned for two and a half years for match fixing in 2012.
I am not saying for one moment he had any influence on Saturday’s game, but he isn’t Mr Innocent.

That's not a benefit to the league which is being made out to be
Some are making it out to be. I’m not.
I am saying that the bigger teams, at home, get biased decisions.

I run a weekly 6-a-side football match.
Two of the players are spurs fans.
Both of them have been given a one-match ban for the next game.
