Funnily enough I was watching an old tape to throw out as I'm moving house this week of the highlights of beating Barnet 4-0 in Adam Virgo's second debut at Withdean in the Carling Cup, August 2008 earlier. It was also Micky Adams second return and Glenn Murray got sent off for doing nothing after he got kicked by some useless Barnet player. How things have changed so much in only four years.
