Bollocks is it. Osborne knew what he inherited, then set a series of self imposed goals and has f***ed everyone of them. If its Labour's fault why did he make all those claims to pay back debt, maintain the AAA etc if he knew he would not be able to do it do to the previous government? He's f***ing clueless.
