Wouldn't it be nice if we had some of those to sell now, when the price is really high, and we could really do with cash?

We have some 4G licenses for sale....oh.

These clowns a have to be booted out. There will be nothing left of the economy if they're not.

Bollocks is it. Osborne knew what he inherited, then set a series of self imposed goals and has f***ed everyone of them. If its Labour's fault why did he make all those claims to pay back debt, maintain the AAA etc if he knew he would not be able to do it do to the previous government? He's f***ing clueless. The central reason for his austerity was to maintain the AAA. Now that's gone time for a different approach.

The real elephant in the room is why our economic policy is driven by the need to appease 'markets' ie a small number of group-thinkers whose names we don't even know and credit rating agencies who are totally unaccountable - all of whom adhere to economic theories that aren't backed up by real world evidence.

Means f*** all. Markets will be a better barometer and if you look at the US who lost theirs (I believe only Germany and Canada have a triple A anyway) it didn't make a blind bit of difference and, according to BBC this morning, their rates went down!!!

1978 was the last time we were lower than AAA, who was in charge in the lead up to then?
