Share an office with two girls, neither interested in football, so the Albion dominate.

before I was moved:
2 Albion (inc. me)
1 Glasgow Raangers
1 Spurs, sort of
1 Chelsea

Plenty of plastic Arsenal, Chelsea and Man-utd "fans" ( ? ) who follow "their" team from their armchair. One Chelsea fan I work with follows them home and away. He lives with his parents and has no girlfriend though. The only way one could afford to follow chelski surely? The only other "real" fan is a Cheltenham supporter who watches them most games home and away.

Everybody who works closely with me now looks out for the Albion scores, but none of them go to games with any regularity.

In the rest of the agency, to my knowledge there are;

1 Red Manc Scum (doesn't go, of course)
2 Gooners (both semi regular attendees)
1 Palace (hasn't seen a game for 20 years, and who can blame him?)
1 Liverpool (scouser, gets to about three games a season)
1 Spurs (armchair fan)
1 Chelsea (armchair fan)
1 Ipswich, fairly regular attender
1 QPR season ticket holder
1 Blackpool (never goes)

Any idea how they go about this? My housemate is desperate to get to see Arsenal play, but not being a season ticket holder can never manage to get hold of tickets, even being a member of their TRS.

Everybody I know who gets to watch Arsenal with anything like any regularity (myself included) has only three methods of doing so if they ain't season ticket holders, Hants;

They know somebody who is, and use their ticket for the games they can't get to.

They have enough money to buy tickets through an agency for the matches they want to see.

They have, or know somebody who has, access to tickets through a company (corporate season tickets or, even better/worse depending on your point of view, a box) and get invited.

Even membership is no guarantee anymore - as with Chelsea, there are more members than there are seats so if you're not quick and lucky you're cattled.
