I'll believe it when it happens. As others have said this could be any number of things - agents trying to get more money, someone attention seeking on twitter etc

I can't imagine we're offering more money than Leiceser or West Ham, if he comes here surely it's because he wants to be a bigger fish in a smaller pond

If this is correct & it actually happens it would be an incredible signing for the club. I'm struggling to see how we can better any deals that West Ham & Leicester could offer though.
Unless CMS really likes to be beside the seaside.
