Live: County Championship

Mushtaq has topped 100 wickets for the season
Sussex are just 15 runs away from clinching their first-ever county championship title.
They started day two of their match against Leicestershire in slow but steady fashion, and soon passed 200.

But after reaching that mark, Murray Goodwin and Chris Adams took the fight to Leicestershire, and reached lunch at 285-2 - needing to reach 300 to win the batting point which would ensure the title.

Full break-down:
Who needs what to win
Meanwhile, Worcestershire have taken the Division Two title after denying nearest rivals Northants the third bowling point they needed to keep the contest alive.

Latest updates (all times BST):

1248 Lunch comes with another flurry of runs. Murray Goodwin - who passes 150 - and Chris Adams have battered the beleagured Leicestershire attack in the past 30 minutes to reach 285-2.
Lunch

1245 Chris Adams grabs a single to complete his half-century off 58 balls, to the delight of the crowd. Sussex's pre-lunch run feast has sped them to 269-2 - just 31 shy of the magic 300.

1241 Sussex captain Chris Adams continues the run feast in style with a mighty six bringing him to 47, and taking his side to 261-2.

1237 All of a sudden, Sussex seem to want to try to wrap this up before lunch - another outbreak of boundaries speeds them past 250, and brings up the century partnership between Murray Goodwin and Chris Adams.

1233 The clearing skies seems to be making batting a breeze and Sussex have raced on to 243-2 after a flurry of boundaries. Murray Goodwin is 126 not out, and Sussex are getting tantalisingly close.

1226 Sussex seem to be buoyed by passing 200 and have upped the run rate. Another two boundaries from Chris Adams moves them to 219-2 - just 81 short of the magic 300.

1213 Murray Goodwin strikes a four to bring up his century and earn warm applause from the 3,000-plus crowd. Almost immediately, Goodwin strikes another boundary as Sussex pass 200 to earn their first bonus point of the day.

1156 Another boundary from Murray Goodwin takes him ever closer to his century - he is now just seven runs short.

1151 Sussex move to within one run of Leicestershire's total after 52 overs - although the lead in this game is, for once, not uppermost in their thinking. Murray Goodwin moves on to 89 not out.

1130 Things are still looking good for Sussex, as captain Chris Adams hits a four to move the score on to 161-2 after 48 overs.

1114 Sussex suffer their first loss of the morning, with Tony Cottey caught by Paul Nixon off the bowling of Phil DeFreitas for 56.
Sussex 151-2

1104: Sussex reach half way in their bid to reach 300, as Murray Goodwin brings up the 150.

1054 Tony Cottey completes his half-century, moving his second-wicket partnership with Murray Goodwin on to 119. Sussex have inched on to 144-1.

1040: A steady start from Sussex, who move on to 141-1, needing a further 159 runs to clinch the title.

1025: The weather is set fair at Hove, as Murray Goodwin and Tony Cottey prepare to resume the batting for Sussex.
