Having spent a pleasant day at Arundel I feel that the bowling efforts of Imran Tahir deserves a special mention although not for the 29 overs, 4 maidens, 3 for 96 that he bowled .

For those who do not know, Tahir is a spin bowler who comes in off of a 4 step run up and still managed to get no balled 11 times for overstepping the line and also came close to a warning from the umpire for not getting off the pitch with his follow through.

Sean Ervine did get a formal warning from the umpires for running on the pitch in his follow through and there were also some lamentable efforts in the field by Hampshire including two fielders managing to trip over each other.
