its a shame there's no relegation from Div 2... the Brown Clowns are looking good for another season of underachieving farce with Frank and Pat Butcher at the helm...

thats the 1st wicket of the season in the whole country!
we now have the best start made by the side's batting first today.... with such a strong top order we will surely challenge for the title again this year

It's not just the top order, look at the bowler batsmen we can have, Yardy, Wright, Rana, RMJ, we could effectively bat all the way down to 9 this year...

Mo 'Grass is greener on the other side for a cheat' Akram only managed 3.2 overs this morning. Not sure what's happened but fingers crossed he hasn't injured himself.

Surrey are really going to be a danger when Kumble becomes available.
not if he's only there for the pay cheque like the rest of 'em...

what a shame...

Akram 3.2 0 17 0

does rather look as though he may have picked up an injury - still, at least they've got Sals to dry the runs up...:lolol:

:lolol: Serves him right. Even if he was a decent player, you don't want someone who doesn't want to play for you....

Now why does that sound familiar?? ;)
