On a train...
Oh yes I fondly remember the original NSC back in the mid 90's.

There seemed a much more of a community feel to it back then. I don't post a lot now as I just don't have the time (or inclination), but it's good to see NSC live on in various forms over the last few years.

I remember it well, it started in late Autumn 1996 and was part of an unofficial BHAFC site as opposed to a site in itself. Before it was set up people were using the site's guestbook as a message board so it was an instant hit and a vital part of the organisation of Fans UTD.

aaah memories....

I remember finding it for the first time - would have been September 1997 when I was first unleashed onto the internet...

Part of the Seagulls Server I seem to remember?

I seem to remember looking at it in 1997 odd but never properly until 2000 I think. When did the format first get used that was on the board that died last year?

Anyone remember what life was like before the following:

1) Mobiles

2) Decimalisation

3) The Industrial Revolution

4) The wheel?

Does Dave Beassant still use this board?

I remember all the versions - hay day was in the campaign and waiting for news of the Dick Knight takeover.

Not Me!

I used to go to the South-West Stand and, er, Chat.

We had a bit of a clique going. All four of us!:)

On NSC for over two decades...
Erm, only started using NSC about a year ago (having known about it for years but never actually having tried to find it), so memory of pre NSC for me personally is suprisingly clear!!!

Actually I was a south-west-terracer as well. (Although I was quite often found on the NW terrace and in the West Stand as well) I just mentioned the North Stand for effect.

Then Bellotti shut off the SW terrace to anyone without a season ticket (so we wouldn't throw fireworks/Robbie Fowler shirts at him) and we went and stood in a woman's garden on Goldstone Lane instead. She was great, I remember, because she made us soup at half-time.

On the original NSC I was The Clown Of Pevensey Bay as well...
