Would like to see Gargan and Robinson upfront tonight, anything as long as its not Virgo!!

Its not necessarily Virgo's fault, but when he plays up top it stops any chance of us playing good football, as he is always up there as an option in the air. If we play a different types of striker together (Gargan and Robinson) it may work.

Virgo would work alone upfront with an attack-minded five-man midfield. Then he could hold the ball up and knock the ball down for the oncoming attacking midfiewlders.

thats because all Virgo was doing was going up for headersd and flicking it on, even though there was no one round him, so the ball just drifted to the keeper or defender or out for a goal kick

Exactly, however the poster was suggesting we use the same formation that failed so miserably against the Chimp Chokers again and it almost sounds like he does not think we have played that formation before.
