I think he's working on the same theory that advertisers use in that if he says it enough times himself, it will sound like it's commonplace and not just a random pre-pubescent creation. But to be fair, I think bullying the kid will just give what he's already getting at school so I'm saying no more about him and just ignoring him in the hope he'll get bored and go surf for porn instead from here on.
