Brighton based contractor asked to go to do some work on Sarfend's new stadium the week before last.
Turns up in Essex and gets instructions for the work needed, anticpated to be three days work.
Goes to builders merchants, as directed, to get materials on account.
Builder's mercahnt tells him to f**k off as Sarfend Chairman has no credit facility.
Contractor back in Brighton same day.
