Adams brought his team of players in and it was not working at all, Slade took the same players plus 1 and turned them around. In the 13 games he will have seen the weak spots, worked out who is best to fill them and got on with the job.

As he says its time to build the team but I can see us no lower than mid table but maybe as much as 7 points off the play offs this year

You are 2 months out IMHO, he will get to Mid November. But I hope that that is not the case as it would mean that we are doing well.

Your right we should "scak" the board shouldnt we
