But should that prohibit people from contributing to the law? I mean, if the aim is to make a law in the best interest of the child, it shouldn't be influenced by someone who isn't interested in the interest of the child, but is interested in their own image of their child. i.e. fathers who view their children as innocent, pure little girls, and not wanting them to grow into independent women intouch with their own sexuality, and so that father will contribute according to this, not what is necessarily in the best interest of the child.

If by digital sex you mean things like taking saucy snaps on your phone or doing some sort of sexy strip/video of someone pleasuring themselves yes, it is illegal. It is child porn, making of it, viewing of it, distributing of it, and if you ask your girlfriend/boyfriend to do it, it is enticing people into making child porn.

No, as I understand The expression Digital sex refers to the placing of a finger or fingers into the Vagina or Anus.I seem to remember when Mike Tyson was on trial for rape he was also charged with subjecting his victim to act of digital sex as digital sex was an offence in that state.Strange people these Americans.
