I have or rather my daughter in law has put the picture on my pictures how do I get it from there to on this thread. It doesnt work with copy and paste because I cannot highlight it to copy it.

Click on 'Add files'

Click on 'Basic uploader'

Click on 'browse'

...then search for your file. Click on 'upload'.
