Me too, hilarious.

"I can't believe we're in the Champions League places after spending nearly 50 years floating in mediocrity between the top two divisions. It really isn't good enough."

Utter idiots

to be fair, those utter idiots were probably man united/blackburn/arsenal fans until abramohvic came along

In London village.
Hilarious.

Chelski - no class, no real heritage and now hopefully no chance.

:lolol:

I did PISS myself at that gash banner demanding Scolari be sacked and Zola/Di Matteo be instated. f***ing TWATS. Sack Drogba and Anelka and bring back Robert FLECK. :jester:

To be honest, I reckon there's a chance Zola would make a total MESS of things there so that could be quite a good shout.

I have read nothing below this post, but i totally agree with you, Zola has little or no experiance as a first class manager, and the pressure he would be INSTANTLY under would be unreal.

zola would be MAD to go there - hes in his first club job, he is still learning the trade and west ham is one of those rare premiership teams that is patient with their managers, pretty secure and always has a good set of players ready to come through - perfect for a rookie

West Ham.
Five managers in the last eight years
- hardly patient with their managers!

Manager Period G W D L Win % Honours/Notes
Gianfranco Zola 2008- 24 9 6 9 37.5 Club's first foreign manager
Alan Curbishley 2006-2008 71 29 14 28 40.85
Alan Pardew 2003-2006 163 67 38 58 41.10 Championship Play Off Winners 2005, FA Cup runners-up 2006

This just shows you, that money does not buy you success.

compare how many managers other sides have had since 1994, and i think you will find that five is going to be one of the lowest totals

redknapp and curbishley both resigned as well did they not? if that is the case, then they have sacked THREE managers in 15 years
