Got talking to 2 Rotherham fans on the train to the Falmer a couple of weeks ago. They were making a weekend of it to take in a game at the Amex, and were very excited about their new stadium. They commented on how fast it was all coming together.

Not really, let's be fair and all due respect to the club themselves, they won't be any more than a tier down from the big one at any one time.

I imagine, like ours, it's been designed with expansion in mind if that looks necesary.
