in parts of Africa they spay you with water cannon with a dye in it (pink). it does not come off for about 4 days.

if they spots people in new riots with dye on them the reckons them as harden rioters. they shot them with dum dum bullets. if that is not working they shoot them dead.

of course if people have dye on them police and community know who they are and can pick them up in the next days!!!

Well, I'm sure that was intimidating enough to keep the 14 years olds off the streets. Chanting England is fine by me, that's where we live, adds to the intimidation of thugs, looters and scums.

Love the idea of fluorescent pink dye, that would help stop it and then the local communities can turn their own in too. Anybody rung ICI yet ?
